INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups of flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 cup of water
- 1/2 tsp yeast

DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl, whisk 3 cups of flour, 1.5 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp of yeast together until mixed. Stir in 1.5 cups of water until a chunky, thick dough forms. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let it rest for 12-18 hours at room temperature
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Put a dutch oven in the oven for about 30 minutes to heat. Then gently, scrape the dough out onto a well-floured surface and shape it into a ball. With flour on the outside, set on a piece of parchment
- Lift the dough and parchment together into the pan so the parchment lines the bottom of the hot pan.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and bake another 10-15 minutes to get the exterior golden brown and crispy.
