Breakfast Bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • Almonds
  • Almond Milk
  • Spinach Leaves
  • Lactose free vanilla yogurt, I use Yoplait
  • Frozen mixed berries
  • Bananas
  • Oats
  • Prune Juice
  • Orange Juice

DIRECTIONS

  • Pour the liquid into the blender first
  • Then add in all of the ingredients and blend
  • Pour into a bowl
  • Add fresh fruit on top, granola, and bananas
  • I use a cookie cutter to cut my bananas into stars and set on top
